A griha pravesam begins with an early-morning pooja and ends with lunch for family and friends. Here are tried-and-tested pure-veg menu lists for both meals.

See our banana leaf meals menus (₹220–₹549 per plate).
No-Onion, No-Garlic Option
Many families keep griha pravesam food free of onion and garlic. Replace onion sambar with arachuvitta sambar, skip onion pakoda for vadai, and choose kootu and poriyal made without onion. Just tell your caterer in advance.
Timing Tips
- Share the exact muhurtham time so breakfast is ready the moment the pooja ends.
- For apartments, check lift timings and space for serving.
