These terms apply when you enquire about, book or use catering services from Sri Venkateswara Catering Service (“we”, “us”) or use https://srivenkateswaracatering.com/. By booking with us you agree to them. If anything in your written quotation differs from these terms, the quotation applies to your booking.
Our Services
We provide catering for weddings, receptions, engagements, housewarmings, seemantham and valaikappu, birthday parties, corporate events and bulk food orders in Chennai and nearby areas. Food is cooked at our kitchen in Edapalayam, Redhills and delivered to your venue.
Quotations and Pricing
- Prices are quoted per plate and depend on the menu you choose, your guest count, the venue and the service style.
- Your quotation lists the menu, price, services included and payment terms. Please read it before confirming.
- Wedding packages with camera, decoration, DJ, flowers and pooja items are quoted separately as described on our packages pages.
Booking and Advance Payment
Your date is confirmed only when we have accepted your booking and received the advance payment stated in your quotation. We do not hold dates without confirmation.
Guest Count and Menu Changes
- Please confirm your final guest count and menu before the date given in your quotation.
- Changes after that date are accepted subject to availability of ingredients and staff, and may change the final bill.
- We prepare food for the confirmed guest count. If more guests arrive on the day, we will try to serve them, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Venue, Access and Timing
- You are responsible for giving us venue access, and for confirming the serving time with us in advance.
- Please tell us about any venue restrictions such as parking, lift access or serving area limits.
- Delays caused by the venue, late guests or changes made on the day may affect serving times.
Dietary Requirements and Food Safety
- Tell us in advance about allergies and dietary needs. Housewarming menus are strictly vegetarian, and we can prepare no-onion no-garlic menus on request.
- We cook fresh on the day and follow hygienic preparation and handling practices.
- Please raise any concern about food quality with us on the day of the event so that we can address it immediately.
Cancellation and Refunds

Liability
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes or transport disruption. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or refund as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The content on this website, including text, menus and photographs, belongs to Sri Venkateswara Catering Service and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. Menus and prices on the website are indicative and may change; your written quotation is final.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
